Services

Model Laundry & Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, stain removal, home fabric care, wash-dry-fold, alterations, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, and free contactless pickup & delivery on the Coastal Route. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our website or customer portal, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website, customer portal, or in-store are subject to acceptance by Model Laundry & Cleaners. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Pickup & delivery orders are subject to a $10 minimum and are priced the same as in-store orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Service Limitations

While we take great care with all items, Model Laundry & Cleaners is not liable for:

• Damage to items with pre-existing wear, defects, or fragile embellishments
• Color loss or shrinkage due to the nature of the fabric or dye
• Items left unclaimed beyond the period described below
• Loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We recommend customers disclose any stains, damage, or special care instructions when dropping off items or scheduling a pickup.

Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within 90 days from the date of service completion become the property of Model Laundry & Cleaners and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
